Ushers, Greeters, Security, Coffee Hour refreshments, Library (Resource Center)

This team is comprised of greeters, ushers, resource area attendants and hospitality personnel. If you are outgoing and friendly with a desire to help people feel welcome, First Impressions would be a great fit for you.

Ushers

Our usher team is responsible for, among other things, distributing programs, assisting people in finding a seat and assisting in the reception of the weekly offering. Service commitment is 1-2 Sundays per month.

Greeters

We strive to make people feel welcomed as soon, if not before, they walk through a doors. A warm smile, an opened door...these are small gestures that put people at ease and announce that we are glad they are here. Service commitment is 1-2 Sundays per month.

Security

Providing a safe and secure environment for our children is very important to us. We staff several security personnel in our children’s environments to help ensure just that.

Coffee Hour

Each Sunday there are wonderful kitchen crew ministers that create wonderful baked goods for for our members and guests to enjoy after service. This team also helps with special events If you like to cook or bake and would love to serve in this ministry, we’d love to add you to the roster. Service commitment varies dependent upon event and your availability.

Information

Each Sunday we utilize a host on stage to help with announcements, as well as provide direction for people following the service. If you are comfortable on stage and/or speaking with people directly, this would be a great opportunity for you. Service commitment is one Sunday per month, staying for both services.

Resource Center

Each week we make resources available to our guests. From books to CDs, we need friendly, outgoing people to assist in organization and promotion. Service commitment varies dependent on usage.
